How do I pay?: Ask at your local H.I.S. store.
Do I get a refund if I cancel the reservation?: We will refund the amount after deducting handling fee from the amount you payed. If you cancel after payment, you will be charged a cancellation fee. (60% for cancellation made before departure time of your departure flight, 100% for cancellation made after departure time of your departure flight)
Will my hotel directly charge me for room?: You will not pay for accommodation fee since the price of ANA Discover JAPAN Free & Easy is included room rate. If you use service that are not included in the price (such as food, beverage, phonecall) pay directly to the hotel.
