What if I miss my Japan domestic flight because of delay/cancellation of my international flight?: If you could not take part in ANA Discover JAPAN Free & Easy because of delay or cancellation of international fligtht, you cannot change your itinerary or get refund. Please give enough connecting time when you make a booking.
What if I miss my international flight because of delay/cancellation of my Japan domestic flight?: We are not responsible when you miss your international flight decause of delay or cancellation of your domestic (in Japan) flight. Please give enough connecting time when you make a booking.
I am Japanese with a permanent residence of outside Japan. Can I make a booking?: If you are a Japanese passport holder aged over 3, living outside Japan with permanent resident status of a country outside Japan, you are not allowed to purchase the service online. To make a booking, please visit the nearest H.I.S. store.
Customers who did not bring passport, can they make a booking?: In order to use the service you will be required to present your passport and proof of residential address within 7 days from booking.
Therefore, we kindly request you to come to the nearest H.I.S. store with your passport and documentary evidence of resident status. If you are not available to visit the store, we will confirm it by phone and email.
Can a cumstomer complete the procedure from booking to payment online?: Customers can complete their payment with a credit card. An operator will contact them and ask to provide their passsport and evidence of living address.
