- Where can I book / purchase ANA Discover JAPAN Free & Easy?

- How do I proceed with booking, payment and departure?

- When is completion of the travel contract?

Please ask and follow the rules of each H.I.S. store.
- What is included in the price?

Round trip flight, accommodation, all taxes including bathing tax (for hot spring) and Tokyo Metropolitan Accommodation Tax. [Meal, transfer and admission fee if the chosen accommodation includes these in Stay Plan. (If it is not included you will be charged).
- How many days in advance can I book?

Booking must be completed no later than 23:59 (Japan time) of the day which is 8 days prior to departure date. If you purchase at H.I.S. store, follow its opening times.
- How many nights at maximum can I book?

Available from 1 night 2 days to 9 nights 14 days.
- Can I get on the waiting list of ANA Discover JAPAN Free & Easy?

We do not have a waiting list.
- How many passenger can I book in one booking?

You can book for up to six people in one booking. If you wish to book for more than six people, divide the group and make another booking.
If you travel with children aged 0-2 years old: an infant must be accompanied by an adult, and you can book for up to two infants in one booking. Note that for safety of airplane, if you take more than one child aged 2 and under, all seats cannot be assigned next to each other (horizontally). Please choose seats in another row.
- I would like to travel with a child under 2 years old.

- Do I have to take the same airport for arrival and departure?

Departure airport of your departure flight and arrival airport of your return flight must be the same. You cannot choose two different airports. Arrival airport of your departure flight and departure airport of your return flight do not have to be the same. For more details, click here.
- Do two persons with different itinerary can book in one reservation?

If you book for more than one people in one booking, the itinerary (including: flights, departure airport, room type) has to be the same. If you wish to book different services, make another booking. Note that you cannot stay in the same room in that case.
- Can two persons who have different itineraries stay in the same hotel room?

You cannot stay in the same room if the other has different itinerary.
- Can I book for different number of people for flight and accommodation? Can I add a guest(s) only for hotel room?

People in one booking have to take the same itinerary. The schedule, number of people cannot differ throughout the jorney, You cannot book: a flight for one person and a hotel room for two people.
- Can I book hotel only one night or some nights in the itinerary?

- Can I ask special requests?

You cannot ask special requests that is not listed on each hotel room details and options.
- I am going to use one hotel room with two people. Will extra bed be provided?

- Do hotels have transfer service?

It depends on the hotel. To see if they have transfer service or to book transfer service, go to accommodation details page.
- Can two people in the same booking stay in a different type of room?

You cannot book more than one room on the same day. Make another booking.
- Can I request for a smoking room?

Some accommodation accept requests for non-smoking room in advance. If it is not mentioned on the webpage, please ask for your local H.I.S. store. Note that we cannot assure that they can accommodate your request.

Customers Special Meal Requests (Religious Meal and Food Allergies)
Any special meal requests (such as religious meal) cannot be accepted unless it is not mentioned in meal plan for the room. Except: For a customer with strict dietary restrictions due to serious medical reasons (such as allergies), you can ask us so that the accommodation will deal with the requests as far as possible. (We cannot assure that they will be able to accommodate all of his/her requests as long as it is not mentioned in meal plan) Please have staff-in-charge contact us (request@hanavi.co.jp) in English or Japanese.
