How can I proceed with boarding?: If you have your seat assigned and you do not have a baggage to check in, proceed to the security checking point. Keep ANA E-TICKET Itinerary Receipt and use it as boarding pass. For details, click here.
Can I have a seat allocation in advance?: You can select a seat at store when you purchase, or from My Page after booking completed.
How many flights can I book at maximum with one reservation?: You can book four flights in one reservation.
What airlines wil I take?: All ANA flights, or codeshare flights with Air Do (ADO), Ibex Airlines (IBEX), Solaseed Air (SNA), StarFlyer (SFJ) or Oriental Air Bridge (ORC).
Can I upgrade my seat to ANA Premium Class?: You cannot upgrade your seat class. You need to pay the difference at the airport counter to take an premium seat if there is availability.
How much connecting time do I need for international connection?: Required connecting time depends on the arrival airport please check "Transfer Information" on ANA SKY WEB. Xxx
