The Masterpiece "Huis Ten Bosch: Kingdom of Light" (Nagasaki)
Using an incredible over 11 million light bulbs, these Huis Ten Bosch Kingdom of Light illuminations are a must-see. This year's festival sees underwater illuminations in "The Canal of Lights & Fountains" for the first time in Japan.You can feel free to participate in the longest light parade in Japan as well, so how about joining in alongside their interesting cast of characters?

"Rokko Garden Terrace Illuminations" (Hyogo)
"Rokko Garden Terrace" is located on Mt. Rokko, the best scenic spot in the Kansai area. As well as being able to take in the 100 million dollar Kobe night view, you can also admire the "Natural Viewing Platform Rokko Willow" lights and the illuminations in the British gardens.

The "Osaka Feast of Light 2014" transforms the city of Osaka into a beautiful, glimmering wonderland. Last year the core program alone attracted over 2.96 million people.This year you can experience the longest road of light in the world with the "Midosuji Illuminations 2014" and the art festival "Osaka Light Renaissance 2014" that stretches along the riverbanks. After seeing the whole of Osaka light up with 11 programs split over 10 areas, the gorgeous scenery will stick in your mind for a lifetime.

Enjoy a hge collaboration between nature and light as events are held in the Harigane/Hodaka and Omachi/ Matsukawa areas simultaneously.
Through the theme "dream", the Harigane/Hodaka district have illuminated the jet black forest with colorful light and a dream-like world floats to the surface of the water.
Alps Azumi National Park Forest of Light Pageant

2014 Sendai Light Pageant

34 years since they were first displayed, Sapporo's white illuminations have established themselves as Sapporo's traditional winter scenery. The sparkling art installations in Odori Park symbolize nature and the universe and the roads that run through the park east to west and north to south have been lined with pretty and colorful illuminations.
