The newest sightseeing spot - Perfect for tourists!
DiverCity Tokyo Plaza is at the heart of one of Japan’s leading sightseeing spots: the new Tokyo waterfront subcenter. It’s three minutes on foot from Tokyo Teleport Station on the Tokyo Waterfront Area Rapid Transit Line, or a five minute walk from Daiba Station on the New Transit Yurikamome Line.
Visitors to Japan will especially love how all the best of Tokyo’s attractions are all right here. The Plaza features 154 distinctive stores, and is infused with the unique flavor of the every popular Shibuya, Ginza, and Akihabara areas. Let's take a look at what it has to offer.

The life-size Gundam statue is a symbol of DiverCity Tokyo Plaza. At different times of day you can also see the head move and shoot steam.
This 18-meter realistic Gundam statue stands watch over the Plaza. DiverCity Tokyo Plaza is the new Mecca for Gundam fans.
The highlight is Gundam Front Tokyo, the world’s first entertainment center where you can see and feel the Gundam Series from a global perspective. It’s packed with fan-friendly content, such as a 16 meter diameter dome screen showing a variety of Gundam MS videos, an exhibit with over 1,000 plastic Gundam models detailing its long history, and a digital photo booth where you can take your photo with your favorite character.
There’s also Akihabara’s popular Gundam Café here. Even die-hard fans are sure to smile at the Gundam character-themed take out food and drink.
Don’t miss Gundam Front Tokyo’s Dome-G, a 16 meter diameter dome screen. You’ll get caught up in the famous scenes from the past and new animation for Gundam MS swirling above you.
A second Gundam Café to compliment the ever-busy flagship café in Akihabara. Here you can get take-out food and drink, gifts, and merchandise showing Gundam from a global perspective.
There are other exciting non-Gundam entertainment facilities here as well, such as Tokyo’s largest Round One Stadium entertainment facility, where you can enjoy bowling, arcade games, and karaoke. Open weekdays until 6:00, and open 24 hours Fridays, Saturdays, and before holidays, it’s perfect for the visitor to Tokyo looking to have fun. And in the sixth floor restaurant area you’ll find Akihabara’s popular Maidreamin maid café and bar. Stop by for a taste of real Tokyo culture!
Inside Round One Stadium you’ll find Spo-cha, where you can enjoy sports of all kinds. On the roof there are also futsal and tennis courts.
Don’t forget Maidreamin maid face and bar. The staff adds a little cuteness to each dish they serve.
A feast for the senses from numerous famous restaurants
DiverCity is naturally the place to go for good food as well. The Tokyo Gourmet Stadium food court is a huge area seating 700 and featuring 13 unique restaurants. Recommended for visitors to Japan include such famous Tokyo staples as Taimeiken (Japanese/western food), Rokurinshi (Japanese ramen noodles), and the new Kyurin. It’s the perfect place for the gourmet traveler.
The Tokyo Gourmet Stadium food court seats 700. Give the Amusement Wall a try too!
Kyurin’s vegetable ramen (medium) (JPY 730). The seafood-based soup, crisp fried vegetables, and soft noodles blend together perfectly.
The sixth floor restaurant area was designed to be a feast for the senses. From the previous Maidreamin to Apollo, a buffet restaurant designed as a spaceship overlooking life-size Gundam statues, there are plenty of restaurants to try. In addition to the food court and restaurant area, there’s also Japan’s first Honolulu Coffee shop featuring premium Kona coffee, and Calbee and Moringara satellite sweets shops. Here’s your chance to enjoy food to your heart’s content!
Apollo, a buffet restaurant in the 6th floor restaurant area designed like a spaceship. From your window seating you can looking down on life-size Gundam statues.
At Calbee Plus, a Calbee satellite shop, you can enjoy deep fried potato chips.
