Rail Pass Policies

Residential Eligibility

The rail passes available on this website are mainly for tourists visiting Europe from a non-European country. Residents from the following countries are not entitled to buy the passes: all European countries, Turkey, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. You are considered as a resident of a country if you have been living in the country for 6 months or longer.

Booking Deadline

Your booking must be made at least 5 days prior to your departure. (Weekends and national holidays are not counted.)

Price

The price of the moment of booking is applied as the price for your pass. While the displayed price may change according to the exchange rate, your price remains at the booking rate.

Payment

You have options for your payment method: credit card, bank wire transfer and cash at our shops. Payment must be made within 3 days after booking.

Pass Receipt

After the completion of your payment, you can receive your pass via delivery service with additional shipping charge. (Note: delivery service is limited within <COUTRY NAME>.) Upon our confirmation of your payment, we ship it within a week, except for weekends and holidays. You can pick up the pass at our shop as well, free of shipping charge.

Rail Pass Cancellation Charge

You become responsible for the following cancellation charges in case cancelling your pass after the completion of payment.

Remarks

• 1) With any scrabbles (including date or passport number) on it the pass is no longer refundable even before validation.
• 2) For the above reason, you are recommended to write down the date and passport number after validation.
