Change and cancellation fee
Change and cancellation fee of activities will vary depending on each activities. Please confirm for details on the application screen at the time of reservation, or my page after reservation in this website (hisgo).
- The cancellation date is counted from one day before the check in date.
- In case of change and cancellation, please change/cancel at “My page” of this website.
- Please pay cancellation fee in case of not informing cancellation on the day of joining date.
- ”Change” includes change name of guests, number of guests.
- Cancellation fee will be charged even in an accident caused by a flight delay or traffic conditions and so on.
- If you will change activities after booking, please cancel the booking and make a new reservation.
- If you will change the join date after booking, please cancel the booking and make a new reservation.
- In case of cancellation caused by customers condition, the customer must pay fee which goes with refundment.
(Please note that in case of bank transfer to overseas countries(including Japan), the customer needs to pay the fee of overseas remittance.)
- The case of cancellation after booking, we are unable to refund the service charge when you pay by credit cards.
- If the customer own official passport, please inform us when you make a reservation.
