Hotels Change and Cancellation Policy

- Once your booking is completed and or paid for it is Non Changeable.
If you need to change any details including the customer name, room type, dates and hotels, please cancel your original booking and make a new booking.
- <Cancellation>
- Cancellation fees may vary and it depends on the hotel and date of cancellation.
Please check the details of cancellation fee when you book or you can check in My Page in the hisgo site.
- Please cancel your booking through My Page in hisgo site or contact the London office within office hours.
You must notify us at least 1 day prior to the number of days stated as the cancellation deadline as the cancellation deadline does not include the day of check in or departure.
- If your check-in date is within 7 days and you would like to cancel, please call us directly not via e-mail or fax.
- If you cancel on the day of check-in or no show, your arrangements will be Non Refundable. Where the cancellation is caused due by delay of your transportation or force majeure the cancellation fees as stated would apply. We strongly advise you to take out adequate travel insurance to cover unforeseen events.
- <Refund>
- We will refund the difference between the amount you have paid and the cancellation fee charged by the hotel or supplier. When you cancel we will also deduct any fees involved in processing your refund.
